If testosterone is the most powerful muscle builder, testosterone suspension is the king of testosterone. Testosterone suspension is the purest form of testosterone not being attached to any ester. Although it is a primitive steroid, being quite old on the market, is very, very effective. It is not dissolved in oil, like most steroids, but it is suspended in water (hence the name). Not even in water it does not dissolve quickly; if a vial is not moved a period of time the steroid separates form the water and settles at the bottom. before opening the vial it si recomended to shake it.
Injecting testosterone suspension is painful and on top of that it must be injected daily of every two days. The dose is 100 mg/day, and being pure testosterone it means is a lmost twice as much as other testosterone esters. Associated with another steroids, like Dianabol, can lead to gains of 10-14 kg (22-31 pounds) of muscle in 8 weeks. But due to the high doses used the muscle mass gains comes with water retention, a layer of fat and the risk of gynecomastia (the fat is very dependent on the diet). Being very androgenic can accelerate hair loss, prostate hypertrophy, growth of facial hair, deepening of the voice and this much faster and more severe than other steroids.
Testosterone suspension is not recommended to beginners. It is usualy stacked with other steroids, less androgenic, like Deca-durabolin or Equipoise. The cycles length are between 6 and 10 weeks, but not many can administer testosterone suspension for a long time because of the painful injections.
Anti-estrogens such as Nolvadex are welcome; the daily dose should be 10-30 mg. Amore powerful option is Arimidex.
It will suppress the natural production of testosterone so after the use of testosterone suspension a good PCT must be applied. The PCT must start after 4-5 days of the last injection.
