CJC-1295 is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). The best known GHRH are Sermorelin or Geref. These peptides are used for stimulating the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. They are very popular in the world of anti-aging, with the ability to reverse some of the aging processes. It is known that growth hormone strengthens the cardiovascular and immune systems, and mineralizes bone tissue, promotes protein synthesis and promotes fat burning for energy.
Bodybuilders use human growth hormone for burning fat and gaining lean muscle mass, so these peptides have started to become very popular in this sport, but also in other sports. Taking synthetic HGH may have negative effects, while using this peptides that stimulate the body to produce more natural GH is much safer.
The pituitary gland releases growth hormone in pulses. It's able to quickly produce large quantities of growth hormone, which stores both in complet and incomplete form. In adults, pulses that completely empty the pituitary GH reserves are rare. It happens mostly in children because they need to grow. As we age the pituitary does not loses its capability to release and store growth hormone; rather we experience a reduced capacity to signal the gland to release growth hormone.
Exogenous HGH use is inferior to the natural way the body releases HGH. Due to processes at the cellular level, it is preferable to have more pulses through the day, then just administering a daily HGH dose.
GHRH use will create a growth hormone pulse. The pulse is small if the peptide is administered when there is no natural GH release from the pituitary gland and greater if administered while a natural release of GH is taking place. Because of this such drugs are used always in combination with a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide ) like GHRP-2, able to create by themselves a strong and sustained GH pulse. Their effect is synergistic, not cumulative. This means that if GHRH has a value of 2 (regarding GH release) and GHRP has a value of 5, if the two are administered together the result won't be 5 + 2 = 7, but rather 5 + 2 = 10 or more. So such combinations are very powerful.
GHRH is available in several forms, the only difference between them being the half-life. The natural growth hormone-releasing hormone is composed of 44 amino acids, but only the first 29 are active. The first synthetic version only had the 29 active amino acids and it is identical in action and half-life with the natural counterpart. It was named GRF (1-29). It is also known as Geref or Sermorelin. The problem with such drugs is that the half-life is measured in minutes.
To improve its stability and half-life, some structural changes were made (four in number) and thus half-life was increased to over 30 minutes. Is called nodified GRF (1-29). Another name by which it can be found is CJC-1295 without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex).
In an attempt to create a more stable GHRH and with a longer half-life, CJC-1295 was created. It is identical wuth CJC-1295 without DAC, mentioned above, except that the lysine amino acid was added to it, which binds to a non-peptidic molecule called DAC (Drug Affinity Complex). So CJC-1295 can bind to albumin, after it is injected in the body, and this extends its half-life to a few days.
CJC-1295 is difficult to produce and the costs are high. This is why it is sold at high prices, and that is why many users prefer the form without DAC, the modified GRF (1-29), wich has a price ten times lower.
The daily dose of CJC-1295 without DAC is 100 mcg,1-2 times per day, along with a GHRP like GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 in doses of 100-200 mcg. For CJC-1295 with DAC the dose is 2 mg per week. It is recommended that a GHRP like GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 is used, at doses of 100-200 mcg/day.
In the case of CJC-1295 without DAC you should not east cabs or fats 2 hours prior to administration and half hour after. If used stacked with a GHRP these precautions are not necessary. The rule of not eating carbs and fats does not apply to CJC-1295 with DAC due to the long half-life.
CJC-1295 can have some side effects: edema (the retention of water under the skin), inflammation of the joints, lethargy, feelings of sadness, carpal tunnel syndrome, high glucose levels in the morning on an empty stomach and sometimes blood pressure.
So the best choice is CJC-1295 without DAC, having a much smaller half-life, so the side effects don't manifest so hursh.
WARNING! The use of human growth hormone can be very risky. Fortunately, there are natural alternatives that can stimulate the natural secretion of growth hormone, with no side effects and risks. And often at very good prices. Such options are GH Balance or Somatodrol.
